Service

​

When you place an order with us either from our website or by phone in order, you are entering into a binding contract with us, where by we provide food prepared with 'reasonable care and skill' of satisfactory quality in exchange for your custom.

​

A general rule is that no food is the same, this is especially important for small local businesses, do not expect all takeaway food from different shops to be the same and please clarify if you are unsure of what our dishes contain.

Delivery

​

When you order food for delivery, we strive to maintain and deliver our food within the timings stated, although some deliveries can run slightly late, we stand by our food in that we hope you find it a treat and delicious.

​

Our peak periods are Friday and Saturday evening (1700 - 2000) where we are especially busy, wait times for deliveries can often go to 60 minutes or more on receipt of your orders, please do bare with us during these timings.

 

Alternatively you can place a timed order for a smoother service or you can order at a later timing in the evening where the standard timing of up to 45 minutes apply.

Promotions

​

Our current promotions are only valid for a la carte orders. They are not valid in conjunction with our set dinners which already have discounts applied.

Ordering a set dinner along with a la carte items to reach the promotions will also not be redeemable.

Refund Policy

​

Generally there is no refund for food. Although there may be a request for a full refund, in this case it would be at the discretion of the manager.

 

We reserve the right to ask you to return the leftover food to show to our chefs to clarify your statement on the food we have provided you. 

 

A refund will be issued accordingly when an examination of the food has been done and the calculation of proportion of the dish that has been left.

Changes and Cancellations

​

You may change your order or cancel provided your order has yet to be put through to the kitchen.
